Having served for thirty years in BC’s public school system as an early learning specialist and elementary administrator, a middle school teacher and administrator, a district and provincial literacy coach, and a district principal of inclusive learning and mental health, I bring extensive and diverse experiences to the passionate work of education.

I have designed, facilitated and collaborated with senior leaders, school boards, principals and vice principals, school staffs, parent communities and youth leadership throughout my career.

The goal of is always that of improving outcomes for students within our B.C. schools.

I have served and learned within Indigenous communities along my journey; I am deeply and humbly committed to unlearning colonial practises and ways of being in both my personal and professional journey towards truth and reconciliation.

My love of the collaborative learning process is my encoding; working within communities of practise continues to feed my fire.
